Cafe rental for a party is $150 The breezeway can be included for an extra $15 (Which is really great to keep door open and allow guests to migrate in and outside and allows for more seating). If the breezeway is included, it can accommodate 30-35 ppl Includes 4 long tables and table cloths, and will have extra seating at the bar, and the church pew which has two round tables. The bottom level of refrigerator is usable for storage, rental including a kitchenette.
